What is Nutritional Therapy?


There are many different forms of Nutritional Therapy and after years of studying nutrition I chose to specialise in Natural, or Naturopathic, Nutrition. I had seen that fad diets weren't sustainable long term and didn't give lasting results in addressing many health conditions.

What does treatment involve?


Treatment is based on providing the body with the nutritional building blocks it needs for optimal functioning whilst eliminating any factors that may be impairing it's performance.


Diet and Lifestyle Review: In the initial consultation we will review your current diet, fluid intake and lifestyle factors, as well as your full health history. In follow up appointments I will review your progress and make adjustments to your plan to suit your body's changing needs.


Treatment Plans are Individual

Your treatment plan is uniquely tailored for you and will include a comprehensive list of foods to enjoy in abundance and those to initially avoid.


Although supplements may be used for initial deficiencies, this approach focuses on using nutritious foods, not long term supplementation.

You will gain a greater understanding of your health and how to improve it, along with information on new foods, supplements and recipes to try leaving you inspired and motivated to make positive changes.
